{"id":280,"date":"2022-07-04T16:30:10","date_gmt":"2022-07-04T16:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/178.32.97.252\/?page_id=280"},"modified":"2023-09-12T07:58:24","modified_gmt":"2023-09-12T07:58:24","slug":"appeal-procedure","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/master-cne.eu\/index.php\/appeal-procedure\/","title":{"rendered":"Appeal Procedure"},"content":{"rendered":"[vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"vcex-module vcex-teaser\"><div class=\"vcex-teaser-content\"><div class=\"vcex-teaser-text wpex-mt-10 wpex-last-mb-0 wpex-clr\"><p>After the decisions of the selection have been communicated, applicants have the possibility to appeal against the decision made by the Consortium Selection Committee.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div><div class=\"vcex-module wpex-alert wpex-alert-error\">Please note that an appeal can only be made against the selection procedure, and not to the outcome of the selection status !<\/div><div class=\"vcex-spacing wpex-w-100 wpex-clear\" style=\"height:10px;\"><\/div><div class=\"vcex-module vcex-teaser\"><div class=\"vcex-teaser-content\"><div class=\"vcex-teaser-text wpex-mt-10 wpex-last-mb-0 wpex-clr\"><p>An appeal should be made by sending an appeal form via registered mail to the CNE Coordinator (postal address: see bottom of the Appeal Form).<br \/>\nThe form should state the reason of the appeal, including proof of supporting documents (if applicable).<br \/>\nThe appeal has to be sent within 10 working days (with the date of postmark as proof) after receipt of the selection results.<br \/>\nOnce the CNE Coordinator receives the appeal form, the sender will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
