Studied at PWr and Kingston University in London, PhD at PWr in collaboration with CEA Sacaly in France, post-doc in Polytecnica de Madrid, group CLIQ of JM Oton, Universite Pierre et Marie Curie, Institute de NanoScience de Paris, group of AJ Attias, research and teaching assistant at ENS de Cachan in France in the group of K.Nakatani.
Numerous research training and collaborations after being appointed at PWr: Australian National University, University of St Andrews, Universite de Rennes, ENS de Lyon etc.
Since 2016 professor at PWr and since 2017 visiting professor at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in Pouzzoli in Italy in the group of prof. L. Petti.
Local coordinator of Erasmus Mundus MONABIPHOT (2006-2020).
